The K-Lodge is nestled into the woods surrounded by beautiful green tree in spacious side yard creating a secluded retreat.The K-Lodge is less than mile from Cranmore Mountain and the Center of town, 5-7 minute drive to Story Land, Echo Lake, Settler’s Green (Outlet Shopping) and so much more.
Inside the K-Lodge, is three levels of living space, 9 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The K-Lodge is a great place for large families, or groups of friends. If you want to gather together it is easy with the spacious rooms this rental provides, also with many rooms it lends to each to find his/her own space and relaxing time when they want it. With accommodations up for up to 20 people, everyone can sleep comfortably- we’ve actually even tried this out ourselves!
The main floor includes an eat-in & sit-in kitchen, large living room with attached dining room and wood stove. You will also find the red pool table room, 1.5 baths and 2 bedrooms (#1 & #2), and laundry.
The second floor can be separated by front and back of house or can be opened up to access both sides. The south or front side includes four bedrooms (#4,5,6 &7) and a full bathroom. The north side or back of the house includes two bedrooms (# 3&4) and a full bathroom.
The garden level is a perfect après ski sanctuary, fully equipped with gas fireplace, tv, and custom bar with kegerator (available for rental use). This level also includes a 3/4 bathroom and bedroom #8.
Enjoy the outdoors, by relaxing at one of the many retreats. The second floor contains the majority of the bedrooms, the south wing includes
Bedroom 4– Full bed and twin bed (plus sink)
Bedroom 6 – Three twins beds (including one set of bunkbeds and sink)
Bedroom 7– Queen bed (plus small couch and sink)
Bedroom 8- Two twin beds (plus small couch and sink)
Full bathroom- recently remodeled with new tiling and custom shower bench.
The second floor north wing includes
Bedroom 3- Two twins beds and queen bed
Bedroom 5- Queen bed
Full bathroom made to feel like a Lodge with custom pine walls, two individual private stalls, double sink vanity, and enclosed bathtub.
Ground Level
The stairs located just off of the dining area leads down to a secluded treat area and recently remodeled in 2012. The pine walls and stone fireplace (gas) gives you a feel of a lodge. The basement also includes a wraparound bar with commercial grade 4 tap kegerator, full bathroom, and lots and lots of seating area with a TV. The ground level also includes bedroom 9 with a Queen bed remodeled in 2014.
